Rates:

Rental per night plus 5% GST. Housekeeping service included every fourth day for a seven day rental.
Value	$738 - 2-4 nights $688 - 5+ nights	November 25 - December 18, January 3 - February 5, March 6 - Closing date.
Regular	$838 - 2-4 nights $778 - 5+ nights	February 6-March 5.
Holiday	$1098 - 2-4 nights $1028 - 5+ nights	December 19 - 26.
Peak	$1118	December 27 - January 2.
Summer	$458 per night

Rental Conditions

To avoid disappointment and to hold your reservation, we ask for the first night's rental at the time of booking, 50% of the balance 60 days before your visit and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival. Cheque, VISA or MasterCard is accepted. We reserve the right to withhold $100.00 on cancellation prior to 30 days and to withhold the first night's rent within 30 days of the reservation.
